俄股基金可保向好勢頭

儘管俄股以及相關基金近期表現讓人艷羨,然而RTS指數距離金融海嘯前高點約有四成的距離,以2010年盈利計算,指數目前低於10倍的市盈率,為22個新興市場中最低。有基金市場策略員表示,在俄國經濟持續受惠原物料價格升溫下,可接受當地股市波動的投資者可趁大盤出現震盪時,伺機逢低分批收集建倉。

雖然俄股大盤指數RTS今年以來的累計漲幅只一成多,然而指數於2月12日的1,363點今年低位之後,旋即反覆整固並於2月25日的1,373點獲得支撐,在雙底格局支撐下,踏入4月,指數更突破1,600點,也讓指數由2月的低點起,已有約二成漲幅。

出口升 經常帳順差大增

據俄國聯邦統計局資料,去年第四季的國內生產值年率雖然下滑3.8%,但已優於前一季經修正後的萎縮7.7%。而受惠主要出口產品石油的價格上升,俄羅斯今年首季經常帳順差大增,也使盧布兌美元匯價上漲。

有鑑於國內經濟復甦不穩,為了提升放款,並阻止盧布升值,俄羅斯央行再度減息0.25%,目前利率水準降至8.25%,為歷史最低水位。

而俄副總理兼財政部長早前表示,政府近期的經濟目標是創建一個低通脹和低利率的、穩定的宏觀經濟環境。因此市場預期第三季前,為激勵景氣、避免熱錢流入,俄央行仍有減息行動,為當地股市提供相對寬鬆的投資環境。

富通L印尼基金,一年回報167%

Fortis L Fund Equity Indonesia posted an annual return of 167%


市場上有印尼基金一共五隻, 由五間不同公司營運. 唯富通L印尼基金表現超卓.
該基金經理Alvin Pattisahusiwa稱, 其注意力並不只集中於大型企業, 亦有分佈於不少中小企業, 所以有著更顯著的上升波幅. 他預期今年基金仍可有70%的增長. 另外, 他看好印尼的房地產市場, 認為今年會有20%的增長幅度.

Most equity funds started to significantly rally in March 2009. The most eye-catching fund category came to Indonesian equity funds with an annual return of 156.54% on average. Among five Indonesian equity funds available on Hong Kong market, only Fortis L Fund Equity outperformed the average category, with an annual return of 166.58% as of 25 March 2010. Alvin Pattisahusiwa, portfolio manager of the fund, attributed the fund’s stellar performance to its shifting focus from large cap equities to small-to-medium cap ones. Alvin Pattisahusiwa elaborated that they could still spot the valuation gap between leading stocks and second and third liner stocks. However, the fund still holds 7 large-cap stocks of Jakarta Composite index, as its performance has to follow closely to the market, otherwise, it may take on higher risks. Alvin Pattisahusiwa added he would try to keep the turnover rate at 70% this year, rather than at an extreme level. He is also bullish on Indonesia’s property market under a low interest rate environment, as he deems there will be a 20% credit growth this year.
